Musical freestyles combine two of Emme's greatest passions in life: music and horses. Competing a musical freestyle allows a horse and rider to show off their mastery of the level and the harmony they have by dancing to music.
EJD-designed freestyles often steal the show at competitions, placing in regional and national championships. Emme works closely with the rider on music selection, choreography, and performance to create a one-of-a-kind routine that highlights each pair's strengths and personality. Her goal is to create a fun and enjoyable experience for horse and rider so that they can deliver a knockout performance!
Emme has 17 years of cello and piano performance study, as well as a thorough background in music theory. She studied at Brevard Music Festival in Boone, NC, and at the summer intensive programs at the North Carolina School of the Arts and Appalachian State University.
